Service Description

Join Sarah Sutton & Rocky Gupta for a 4 day, 3 night adventure in the Red River Gorge, KY. We will camp in a group site with options hook ups if you have a trailer at the world renown Lago Linda Hideaway. Start and end each day with yoga at the campsite meadow with optional daytime activities including: hiking, rock climbing, GLOW cave kayaking/SUP. We will share group meals prepared by private chef for breakfast & dinners (lunches are on you while on daytime excursions). We will also celebrate Octobers Full Moon and offer "THE SHIFT"- a transformational seasonal meditation that will help you close your summer and begin fresh in the fall!
